
Private and Semi-Private Lessons:
Private training is the quickest way to meet your individual goals and
will leave you feeling great! A private Pilates lesson is tailored
specifically to address your areas for improvement. Emphasis is placed
on proper alignment and muscular integration. Private training
clients have been known to experience fewer injuries with an increased
range of motion. Pilates training is appropriate for general fitness,
to help enhance physical performance, and as a post-rehab form of
exercise.
Pilates for Scoliosis:
Pilates for Scoliosis is for someone who is undergoing the Schroth
Method of treatment at Scoliosis Rehab Inc. Class is designed to
support elongation of the spine and to help develop the core strength
needed to maintain spinal corrections.
Group Classes:
Studio B Pilates offers an ongoing series of group classes including
Classical Pilates Mat, Pilates with Props, and Core
Movement/Bartenieff Fundamentals.
