Private Training will help you optimize your movement potential, and is appropriate for all body types and experience levels. We have created exercise programs for a variety of conditions including scoliosis, post-rehab fitness, neuromuscular disease, and pregnancy among others.
We offer a variety of movement classes to help you stay flexible and fit while teaching you principles for healthy movement patterns. Our group classes include Pilates Mat, Pilates Reformer/Jumpboard, Bodhi Suspension System, Barre, Orbit Stretch and Core, and Belly Dance.
Healthy movement patterning will make your performance stronger and help prevent injuries. Our teachers have experience to offer education and training to help you perform better with stronger form and technique.
Studio B Pilates offers mind-body fitness classes and private training. Founded in 2004, we are located in downtown Stevens Point and adjacent to the Wisconsin River. Our studio provides a calm, clean and focused environment for mindful movement.
We strive to improve movement, increase function, and balance out tightness while increasing flexibility and core strength. With proper bio-mechanics and a balanced body you are less likely to get injured or experience burn-out, and more likely to enjoy moving your body!
Studio B offers a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program through Balanced Body Inc. We believe teachers should never stop learning. All of us at Studio B Pilates are on our own path to become more balanced and functionally high-achieving movers. We have been through the up and downs of reconnecting after life's set-backs and have experienced the gains that come from a focused movement practice.
